NETR handles sign-ups and payments for sports leagues, tournaments and facility programs: players, teams and parents register online, sign the waiver and pay by card in one go. It’s for organizers who are done chasing payments and copying names out of spreadsheets.
What’s included
Team and player sign-up
Teams register from your league or tournament page; players claim their roster spot from the team link. Free agents can sign up solo.
Card payments to you
Payments go to your own Stripe account. Installments if you allow them, or mark cash, Venmo and Zelle as paid.
Waivers built in
Everyone signs your waiver with their name before they can register. Change the waiver and everyone re-signs.
Questions and age checks
Add your own questions, and age limits are checked from the birthday.
Waitlists
Full programs and divisions take a waitlist, and spots are offered automatically when someone drops.
Families
Parents save their kids once and sign them up for programs at any facility on NETR in a couple of taps.

How pricing works
Registration is free to set up. NETR earns a small per-player fee when money changes hands (the NETR Player Pass for leagues and tournaments, a band fee for facility payments), and you choose who pays it. The amounts are on the pricing page. See pricing.
How switching works
We set it up with you: your divisions or programs, prices, questions and waiver. Send your existing players the new link and they’re in.

Straight to your own Stripe account. Your league or program fee is yours.
Can players pay in installments?
Yes, if you turn installments on for that league or program.
Can people pay cash or Venmo instead?
Yes. Mark the registration as paid by cash, Venmo or Zelle and it counts.
Do players need the app to register?
No. Registration works on your web page on any phone; the free NETR app adds their schedule, team chat and stats.
Do you handle waivers?
Yes. Your waiver is signed with a typed name during registration and stored with a copy of the text they agreed to.
